Avalanche Enterprises, operating as “Layla,” provides an AI companion service through our website and mobile apps for users in India.   • Account data: name or alias, email/phone, OTP data, device identifiers, IP address, time zone.
  • Conversation data: messages, voice inputs, and call recordings if you enable calls; feedback and ratings.
  • Usage data: session activity, feature use, diagnostics, logs, and analytics.
  • Payment data: plan, renewal status, and transaction identifiers processed via payment partners; we do not store full card details.
  • Optional profile data: preferences you share (likes, routines, relationships), survey responses, and support tickets.

Purpose of processing

  • Provide and personalize the service (conversations, voice calls, memory features).
  • Improve quality, safety, and performance (testing, analytics, troubleshooting).

Legal basis and consent
