Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Layla, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract in India.

Service description

Layla provides AI-driven conversational and voice-based companionship. Layla is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer, or emergency service and does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. For emergencies, contact local authorities.

Accounts and security

Keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify support@talktolayla.com of unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• Violate laws, infringe IP or privacy rights, or engage in harassment or exploitation.
• Share sexual content involving minors or any illegal content.
• Upload malware, scrape, reverse engineer, probe or disrupt the service.
• Use automated scripts or resell/redistribute without our written permission.

Content and licenses

Your content: you retain ownership. You grant Avalanche Enterprises a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to process your content to provide and improve the service, ensure safety, and support operations.

Service content: software, models, prompts, and brand are owned by Avalanche Enterprises. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

Subscriptions, renewals, and refunds

• Plans, pricing, and features are shown in-app/site and may change with notice.
• Subscriptions are prepaid and auto-renew until canceled in settings or via the app store.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: processed per our Refund Policy; app store rules may apply.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avalanche Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 6 months.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Avalanche Enterprises harmless from claims arising from your content, misuse of the service, or breach of these Terms.

Termination and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, security risk, fraud, or legal compliance. You may stop using the service at any time.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India will have authority over disputes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after notice indicates acceptance.
